A couple new pies we have been working on. First off we have the Shrimp & "Grits" pie. This is a white pie with mozzarella & cheddar cheese, southern style sautéed shrimp, bacon, roasted corn & green onions. Finished with a pan sauce. The second pie is our take on the fig jam & bacon pie we had recently at L'Industrie. Mozzarella, fig jam and bacon finished with ricotta & pecorino romano.

Unfortunately we have to cancel our drop for this coming Sunday. We currently have no power and no word on when we are getting it back. We will get back to it in the next couple weeks.
