Had the amazing opportunity to share our craft this weekend at Shillapalooza- a community event showcasing some of the coolest local musicians in the hudson valley. Thanks to everyone who came out, to the organizers of the event and to the amazing bands we got to see play. A couple new pies we have been working on. First off we have the Shrimp & "Grits" pie. This is a white pie with mozzarella & cheddar cheese, southern style sautΓ©ed shrimp, bacon, roasted corn & green onions. Finished with a pan sauce. The second pie is our take on the fig jam & bacon pie we had recently at L'Industrie. Mozzarella, fig jam and bacon finished with ricotta & pecorino romano.

Unfortunately we have to cancel our drop for this coming Sunday. We currently have no power and no word on when we are getting it back. We will get back to it in the next couple weeks.
