❤️🐾 Transparency Matters
One of the promises we made when we started Tacos for Tails was to always be transparent.
This report shows some of the funds that have already been sent to our trusted rescue partners in Salina Cruz, Oaxaca to help support:
🐶 Spay & neuter clinics
🏥 Emergency veterinary care
🍲 Food & recovery support
🚕 Transportation for rescued animals
This past weekend, our rescue partners accomplished something incredible:
❤️ 53 dogs and cats were spayed and neutered.
The surgeries have already been completed because the veterinarian trusted the rescuers and agreed to perform the procedures before all the funds were available.
Now we need your help to pay for those 53 life-changing surgeries.
Every Taco Tuesday meal, every donation, every share, and every act of kindness helps us continue this work.
We know we can't save every animal.
But together, we can prevent future suffering and give more animals a chance at a better life.

❤️🐾 Join Us in Building Something Bigger Than Ourselves
When we started Tacos for Tails, we knew we couldn't save every stray animal.
But we also knew that doing nothing would never change anything.
Today, we'd like to invite you to help us build something that can make a lasting difference.
Over the next six months, our goal is to build a community of 100 compassionate people.
Not 100 donors.
Not 100 large sponsors.
Just 100 people who believe that every animal deserves kindness, dignity, and a chance at a better life.

Tacos for Tails Compassion Beyond Borders 🌎

🐾❤️ Last weekend was a day filled with hope, hard work, and heartbreak.
Together with our rescue partners in Salina Cruz, Oaxaca, 53 dogs and cats were spayed and neutered.
Each one represents a future where fewer puppies and kittens will be born into life on the streets.
The day wasn't easy.
Volunteers traveled long distances, transported animals, cared for them as they recovered, and even suffered dog bites while trying to help.
Sadly, one elderly female dog passed away. She had spent years giving birth on the streets and was still having puppies late in life.
Her story reminds us why prevention matters.
Every spay and neuter surgery means one less animal facing a lifetime of hunger, abandonment, and suffering.
This is why Tacos for Tails exists.
Not to change the whole world overnight... but to change the world for one animal at a time.
Thank you to everyone who has supported Taco Tuesday, donated, shared our mission, or simply believed in what we are building.
Together, compassion travels beyond borders. ❤️🐾
