Recently at Barbara’s and also Hudson Valley Open Kitchen and also all our farmers markets! That’s all I have to say today.

Actually though, I should let you all know that we are hard at work preparing to bring our production from Hudson Valley Open Kitchen to our lovely cafe. Very exciting stuff! There will not be a window and you cannot watch me do it. I’m shy.

Maybe even more excitingly, we are this— 👌🏼— close to being well monied enough to get our gelato display case! This will allow us to have 10 flavors on display at all time so that Will isn’t hogging all the gelato at farmers markets. Mark my words.
