Patrick is a slum lord look what he did n hes operating out the pizza shop without permits the building is still all messed up he fixed nothing but the city is on his side everything on his orders to abit is not answered but thats what happens when u got money n ur taking it deep from the city is there any way to get this out there cuz its very disturbing we lost the store due to his negligence n he continues to do it

Its sad how bad patrick is he still trying to get rid of the building didnt even fix nothing move the tiles in the ceiling near the back mold rotten wood from pipes of tenants bathrooms the city is on his side a piece of metal fell off the building a while ago landed on someones car he paid them off he can slander me all he wants i cleaned the neighborhood up tryna give people a family environment said some people r just trash

Good afternoon I would like yall help so we closed the pizza shop lost in court and paid him due to a typo saying he don t got to fix the roof Patrick Fitzgerald which he had two order to abates which he didn't complete the city signed off n never came inside the store so when we were clearing out the store the hood sensors went off he called the police n starting talking crazy I have the body cam footage number but now he got our sign n spray painted it n put it in the window what should I do with this slum lord with special privilege in the city of pk any advise please lmk he didn't put or stuff out side just kept it n vandalized it n stopped me from clearing it out

Sorry to say we closed my place due to negligence to the building Patrick is a slum lord got two order to abates by the city to fix the problems which he never did nor did the inspectors come inside n check so they said he completed the first order than a soon as the time was up the city passed him the next day the ceilin fell in so the city made the same order over again they never came in the store to check they stood out front signed that it was ok we had a roofing company all seasons come due n inspection it cost 84000 to fix the back roof he only changes tiles the front roof didn’t get evaluated n a piece of the roof feel on someone’s car 3 weeks ago we’re he was lucky he was there cause he paid him off! there r illegal connections copper to led pipes which could lead to led poison so we stopped serving fountain drinks do not I repeat do not trust that man n we lost in court cause he made a typo in his favor saying excluding roof n foundation trying to make his tenants fix everything the meaning of slum lords who’s racist he face a case against a old tenant for call her the n word n talks to under age females so if u choose to deal with Patrick ur making the biggest mistake of ur life

Look at all the violations copper to led pipes cloth wire electric all thru the building open permit on the roof for 4 years that all gotta be fixed in 2 months dont buy this building look how pat fixes things this now pat just changed tiles talking bout eviction u got a order to abate cuz ur building is no were near up to code our lawyer said to stop paying in February we stopped paying when ur tenants pipes messed up were a food store we shouldn't work under those conditions
