You may have heard there’s a new restaurant from the Spettro team coming to town.
With the unveiling of giuliapkny on Raymond Avenue this month, we’re making room for something new. From the beginning, we’ve envisioned Spettro as a celebration of regional Italian flavors, ingredients, and dishes that authentically honor tradition in an elevated, and modern way. As we welcome Giulia into the fold, we’re giving lunch a new home and allowing Spettro’s dinner and brunch menus to embrace a new chapter of their own. Beginning next week, Spettro will be open exclusively for dinner and weekend brunch. This change allows us to make room for expanded menus and refined plates at Spettro designed to take the experience a leap forward.
At Giulia, lunch offers an opportunity to revisit some of the Spettro staples dear to us, alongside Italian American sandwiches, pizzas, and new plates inspired by the food that raised and continues to inspire us. It’s a love letter to our roots and to our community, sharing the nostalgia many of these dishes bring to the table.
Lunch didn’t disappear. It just has a new address.
