Today, a client I've known/worked with for a long time is having an Art Show! She has worked hard creating amazing, colorful, unique works of art - and, you can have one of your very own! 🤩

For those of you following yesterday's cake saga: here is the final result! 🤩
A 🧪Science Experiment 🧬themed tier cake to help celebrate an awesome (now) 7-year-old!🥳
This Classic Vanilla Bean Cake is also filled with YUMMY Mango 🥭 Curd (kudos to those of you who guessed correctly👍)!
And, don't worry about the "blank" top - his parents had a SUPER COOL cake topper to add for the party! 😎

I was about 30 mins from done on this cake, when THIS happened! 😳
The cake board gave, as I was transferring it to a better turn table - and that was JUST enough to cause some of that YUMMY Mango 🥭 Curd to smoosh out! The moisture and acid from that caused the frosting (and accompanying decoration) to release from the cake and s...l...i...d...e onto the counter! 🤦‍♀️
So...the entire cake (there's another whole tier, also messed up) got scraped, cleaned up, re-crumb coated, and is chilling while I re-make decorations! 🤨
It's a bummer - but, not a crisis! Because, at the end of the day: it's only a cake! 😉
