In honor of the DOMA Coffee moms, and all the other mothers out there, we wanted to show we’ve been paying attention all these years. Thanks for all these nuggets of wisdom. And thanks for taking all those pictures. And for letting us get the flat top haircut in 5th grade. For making those buttered tortillas for our after-school snacks. For watching our kids so we could keep our sanity. Thanks for showing us how to juggle so many important things with style and class and for occasionally letting us win at Spot It. Happy Mother’s Day.

Spring training with .

Thirty-five women, two wheels, and a whole lot of miles in St. George, UT. We were there to supply the coffee and capture some of it on camera. A longer film is coming later this month, but we couldn’t wait to share a little of what we saw.

La Bicicletta supports cycling and teams like this one. Have a great season, Asiina!

The sun is sticking around longer and so are we. The cafe location is now open 6am to 5pm daily.

In this episode of Coffee Talk, Ian is tasting our Limited Edition Zambia Natural from the Kateshi Estate in northern Zambia.

It’s a natural process with an extended anaerobic fermentation. Juicy and bright with tamarind and dried berry, finishing warm and spiced with a little malt sweetness underneath. It’s a complex one.

Presale on this small batch is live now, so grab it early. Roasting and shipping Monday the 4th. Online and in person until it’s gone.

Victor, our food whisperer, is whipping up something special with a toasted bagel. Hot honey, pickled jalapeño schmear, a little heat and a lot of flavor. New to the menu and already a crowd favorite. Pairs perfectly with a cortado. Come get one.

In this episode of Coffee Talk, Ian is brewing Rite of Spring, our third year running this seasonal release and still one of our favorites. Sweet, sugary aromas give way to a smooth, balanced cup with mellow acidity and a lingering, velvety finish. This one comes from the Gakenke region of Rwanda, grown by smallholder farmers of the Dukunde Kawa cooperative at 2,000 meters in hilly, volcanic terrain.

There’s a lot of good happening behind this coffee. Dukunde Kawa works alongside One Acre Fund to give farmers access to training, resources and markets that make their crops more sustainable and their livelihoods more secure. It’s worth knowing about. Learn more about the cooperative and the work One Acre Fund is doing in Rwanda on our website.

Spring doesn’t last long and neither does this coffee. Grab a bag while it’s here.

In this episode of Coffee Talk, Ian is tasting something special. A small batch Limited Edition Peru Gesha from Ronal Carranza Montenegro’s farm in the Amazonian Andes. We’re talking silky mouthfeel, golden raisin sweetness, light floral and fruit notes. About 100 pounds of it. That’s it.

Presale is live today. We’re roasting and shipping Monday the 13th. Shop the web or swing in person before it’s gone.
