Our cookies are hand crafted using old world style cookie molds which today are made with a variety of woods, resins and acrylics by the mold makers. Our recipes are derived from old world recipes combined with modern day twists on flavors. A note from Wikipedia about Springerle: Springerle is a type of South German biscuit or cookie with an embossed design made by pressing a mold onto rolled dough and allowing the impression to dry before baking. This preserves the detail of the surface pattern. While historical molds show that springerle were baked for religious holidays and secular occasions throughout the year, they are now most commonly associated with the Christmas season. Today we enjoy Springerle, gingerbreads, shortbreads, and Specula's throughout the year for many special occasions and holidays. All painted cookies are done so by hand using FDA approved luster dusts and colorings. These can be customized to your favorite colors with your order. Please inquire for your next special occasion. We always have current offerings, as well as custom orders. Our cookies are meant to be enjoyed year round. Watch for our posts for what we are up to now. Local pick up, and inquire for delivery or drop off. No out of state shipping or delivery, in Idaho shipping is available.

I've been hard at work planning all my events thru the Holiday season this year. I have two I am waiting confirmation on, so let's cross our fingers they both work out. I'm a bit behind the 8 ball this year from my injury and needing to be sure I could function for these events. So as those two confirm I will update this sheet.

Shortbread shortbread, everybody loves shortbread 🎶🎵...
Whether it's a classic Scottish shortbread, or one with chocolate chips added, the lemon lavender shortbread that I make or for fall the pumpkin pie flavor (made with real pumpkin powder that I dehydrated from a pumpkin, see previous post)
So come get your shortbread this weekend at Valley Vista Craft Shows and you know my husband will be driving the hay wagon, it's worth coming just for that ride I say.

These Swedish Vanilla cookies are definitely a customer favorite and a must bake for every Market I do, I like to call them thumbprint cookies on steroids LOL, with all the butter that's in the recipe they just melt in your mouth and that little zing of red raspberry jam is the icing on the cake.

Honeycake cookies, AKA honey gingerbread, with Montana sourced, Highland Harmony Farm, type 00 flour as well as their honey, all filled with different jams, it makes really the perfect cookie that you can even eat for breakfast, in my opinion.
At Valley Vista Craft Shows next weekend, these will be available, in plum jam, dandelion jelly, fig jam, mango saffron cardamom, choke cherry, and pumpkin butter.
