Not every Friday feels like an exciting PieDay Friday. We try our absolute best to come to work upbeat, positive, and grateful. But some Fridays, I'd rather stay in bed. Today was that type of Friday. And then, this. Sorting through this week's mail standing next to an already over-flowing garbage can. Costco deals. Wells Fargo 0% balance transfers. Lascana's new Fall dress lineup. All while simultaneously going over Friday's task list in my ever-rotating mental check list. New Leaf Fall Festival. Pie Guest refund for under-baked pie. 300 pie bite wedding fill list. And then, this. A beautiful, personalized envelope. Inside...a tangible treasure of hope. Hope that the early Fridays are worth it. Hope that the effort does do something for someone. Hope that PieMagic still exists. I know it does. But, sometimes the magic fades. And then, this. ❤️

Elizabeth and Erick - I dont know you. But I sure love you. 😚

It's hero time. They'll eat it. They'll be lost deep in the gorgonzola. Theyll come back for the hint of balsamic. They won't even realize it's only veggies. You win. They win. You're the hero. What's for dinner? ❤️

Lemon Meringue is easily one of our most requested special orders. I've wondered why that is.

Yes, lemon meringue pie gives people three very different textures and flavors in one bite: bright, tangy lemon filling, sweet, fluffy meringue, and a buttery, flaky crust. The tartness keeps the sweetness from feeling too heavy, so each bite makes you want another.

It’s also a little showstopper. Those golden, toasted peaks make it feel carefully hand-crafted. Someone took time and care to create it. A true masterpiece.

But I think for most, it tastes like a memory. Grandma’s kitchen. Sunday dinner. A favorite old-time diner. Sunshine and nostalgia in a simple bite.

Today, you can find it in all shops until they’re gone.
