Our crew is here at dusk, prepping, chopping, stirring and getting everything ready for another night at Brooklyn.

By the time you walk through the doors, the sauces are simmering, the pans are hot and dinner is ready to do its thing.

Meet the NEW Grilled Salmon — roasted rainbow cherries, capers, chives + olive oil, served with garlic mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus.

Or go for Brooklyn’s Blackened Salmon — and trust us, this one is the BOMB. 🔥 Lemon-caper artichoke sauce, roasted capers, garlic + olive oil. It also happens to be David’s favorite.

And because we believe dinner is better with the right pour: pair it with a glass of Cantina Mesa Vermentino di Sardegna DOC. 🥂
