The Spring menu at Urban Farmer is still bringing bright, bold flavors to the table! Our Roasted Trout Filet is a house favorite. Fresh rainbow trout, broken down in-house by our butchery team, paired with a vibrant spring vegetable salad, fresh lemon, olive oil, and finished with a rich salsa macha made with toasted dried Mexican chilies + sesame seeds for just the right depth and heat. Fresh, flavorful, and very much worth ordering twice. 🐟🍋
