Van Henion Brewing and Zoiglhaus joined creative forces to concoct this dry hopped Kölsch-style ale.

This ale is brewed with a blend of German and American malts and hops and fermented with the Kölsch yeast strain brought back from Zoiglhaus’ Brewmaster’s studies in Berlin, Germany. You’ll find a crisp malt background with notes of noble hops alongside the flavors and aromas of orange blossoms and citrus.

Needless to say, it’s crisp and delicious. Cheers and Prost!

The best time of the year is here: Fresh hop season! Just look at those beauties!

We’re currently brewing our fresh-hop kölsch, and will soon be working on a new fresh-hop cold IPA, made with fresh Centennial hops from Goschie Farms . Then, of course, the classic (and OBA gold medal winner) Oktoberfresh will round things out.
