Join us Thursday evening for The Taste of the Coastal Bend at Northshore Country Club hosted by the Portland Camber of Commerce.

We are also having our Portland Chamber of Commerce Ribbon Cutting this week on Friday at 1pm. We hope you can come by and see us! We will have samples and lots of fun 🤗

Tuesday–Friday, 6am until 10am–noon, depending on production needs. Potential to become full-time. Pay depends on experience.

You’ll help with:

• Opening the store and morning baking to stock the case
• Setting up for lunch
• Rolling kolaches and making sweets
• Prepping and packing orders
• Forecasting production needs
• Inventory management and daily prep

We’re looking for someone dependable, organized, and comfortable taking initiative—someone who cares about the food they make and the people they work with.

A little lunch update from Gulf Coast Kolache Co. 💛

We’re putting our rotating lunch specials on pause for now, but lunch is still on the menu!

Catering and holiday orders are picking up, and with our small crew, we need to give ourselves a little more room to keep up with the extra work and focus on kolache production. We’re getting BUSY, and we are so grateful for it. 🙏
