When doing the remodeling, we found huge timbers that are part of the structure and we sought out unique salvaged pieces for the interior. The back bar is from a bar built in 1910 and was found in San Francisco. The long bar was built by hand around part of an old Pipe Organ (see if you can find where the pipe organ holes were ), and underneath the bar are pieces from an 1860's church embellished with tile and brass.
