So, it's all about adapting in the business. For the last week, the places that I buy my Mahi Mahi have been out of stock. Well luckily, these Hawaiian fish tacos work perfect with many kinds of fish. So until we can get more Mahi, we are substituting another one of those fish that you can find around every corner on the islands. Yellow fin tuna, also know as Ahi will be our main fish taco. We know that will be a welcome substitute.

Thanks for sticking with us through all the us and downs, hope to see you soon.

Aloha

I really don't like to do this, but it happens this time every year. Got a tumbler of NyQuil, and a roll of tissues at my side, gonna try and knock this out in a couple days. Thanks for a great summer, greetings to another fall.

These edits look like cartoons. I wish more people could experience the magic the darkness brings to our little pod. Not long though, winter is coming. Don't forget about us when it gets cold.

What a beautiful time of year. It's tomato harvest season, and my garden has an abundance.

That means that for the next week or so, our pico will be featuring produce grown just down the street from my backyard garden.

I'm sure I don't have to tell you, it makes a HUGE difference in the already flavorful tacos we serve. Always as fresh as we can possibly make them. Can't wait for you to try.

AAND! We're back. Thanks for being patient with me this summer, we are home from pickathon and ready to make some tacos. I know the sky is very sad right now, and out lovely northwest is hurting right now, so let's make sure we are mindful of that as we move through the next few weeks. Hug your loved ones and appreciate what you have because it could all be gone faster that anyone would imagine. Going to be open for lunch today and Thursday,.and then back to your normally scheduled tacos. Do a little rain dance and let's make it through these dog days of summer.
