Ahh the Signature Burundi…

If you have been following us since our opening you know that we have been bringing in many coffees from around the globe in an effort to satisfy our clientele by providing a delicious product. We finally think we found our signature roast and that will be our Signature Burundi.

This bourbon varietal is made with a completely washed processed and roasted to medium. It has delicate notes of chocolate, cherry and rose hips. It’s strong coffee flavor is excellent for espresso, drip and cold brew.

Burundi is a small country in Africa that makes a high-quality product that consistently scores well in the top coffee ratings. The best part about our signature Burundi roast is that it is 100% of single origin rest assured that you know exactly what you’re getting at Villain Crepes & Coffee Co.

We recently were approved for b**r, w**e and c***r service. Although we anticipate most sales with occur later in the day.. our operating hours are from 6 am to 9 pm daily, we will be doing limited liquor service from 7 am to 9pm! Available immediately, our alcoholic beverage menu will be as follows:

- Fresh, dry, floral bouquet
- bouquet of apple blossoms and pear.
- The citrus flavors are bright,
- the acidity lending strength and balance
- soft, crisp finish.
- 12% ABV


Les Allies Sparkling Brut Rose (France) 187 mL Bottle - $10
- Grape Forward
- berries, apple, pear or dark fruits.
- Wood aging contributes woody flavors like oak.
- 11% ABV
