We heard it’s Nacho Week…so we made three of them 👀🔥🌶️
Starting today through the 28th, Portland Mercury is keeping the foodie crawls going, and every one of our Portland locations is serving up a different special for only $10!
Burnside - “Texas Transplant”
House-made tortilla chips dusted in a smoky chipotle-lime BBQ dry rub and layered with shredded cheddar, griddled Texas-style smoked sausage, and velvety queso. Topped with tangy pepper relish and fresh green onion.
Interstate - “The Randy Arozarena”
House-made tortilla chips piled high with crispy chicken tenders, chopped and tossed in taco dry rub, then smothered in rich queso. Finished with pickled jalapeños, fresh pico de gallo, crumbled queso fresco, and a bright drizzle of lime-cilantro crema.
Fremont - “Esquites Nachos”
House-made tortilla chips loaded with cumin- and chipotle-spiced ground beef, black beans, and street-corn-style elote. Finished with cotija cheese, a generous pour of queso, and a sprinkle of fresh cilantro.
