Have you tried our raspberry shrub? A great non-alcoholic option, we macerate raspberries in sugar to draw out the juices, then strain and blend it with vinegar. The vinegar sharpness mellows over time, leaving a bright, balanced sweet-and-sour profile. We always have a seasonal shrub!
