What a night at the Ronald McDonald House Oregon Hope-Raiser! ❤️

We were so honored to bring the Cream Bike and serve sweet treats while guests came together to support families with seriously ill children. The room was filled with generosity, joy and so much energy. Once the band started playing, the dance floor came alive!

A very special thank-you to First Tech FCU First Tech Federal Credit Union for sponsoring the Cream Bike and making it possible for us to be part of this meaningful evening. We’re so grateful! 🍦

So much appreciation for the incredible team at Ronald McDonald House Oregon, Vibrant Table Catering, Portland Photo Booth Rental , the amazing band, and Dale Johannes of Dale Johannes dc, who brought so much heart and energy to the auction.

Such a sweet evening welcoming veterinary professionals from across the country to Portland! 🐾🍦❤️

Tonight, American Animal Hospital Association AAHA CON attendees got a special behind-the-scenes look at DoveLewis while celebrating the hospital’s AAHA accreditation, and we were so happy to add a little Portland sweetness to the evening.

There’s something especially lovely about serving treats to people who spend their days caring for animals and the families who love them. ❤️ And of course, a special hello to the evening’s most charming guest, Bonnie. 🐾

Thank you to the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) , DoveLewis and Travel Portland for having Maddy’s Cream Bike be part of the celebration. We loved getting to welcome everyone to our city! 💗

Such a special evening celebrating the people and organizations that make Portland’s arts and culture scene so vibrant. ❤️

Oregon Ballet Theatre
Northwest Children's Theater

And of course, the evening was made even sweeter with beautiful and delicious food from Devil’s Food Catering and a few Maddy’s ice cream sandwiches to finish things off. 🍦

So grateful to be included in a room full of people who care deeply about Portland and the experiences we create here. We loved being a little part of it. ✨

Our Brown Butter Maple Pumpkin sammie is here! Brown butter pumpkin cookies, a hint of real maple, and creamy vanilla bean ice cream tucked in between.

I wish you could smell our kitchen right now. That alone might convince me I’m ready for fall. 🥰

From nursery tours to ice cream sandwiches. A pretty lovely way to end the day. 🌿🍦

A look back at our afternoon at the Oregon Convention Center, serving Farwest Show guests as they returned from a full day exploring Oregon’s nursery country.

Farwest has been bringing the nursery and greenhouse community together for more than 50 years. This year’s sold-out tours offered a look behind the scenes at local nurseries, from the care that goes into growing each plant to the technology helping growers do more.

As the buses returned, our handcrafted sammies were ready. Guests could choose a flavor, enjoy a treat, and catch up with fellow plant lovers. Easy, welcoming service that kept things moving while giving everyone a little moment to unwind.

Thank you, Farwest, for letting us bring a little sweetness to the day. 💗

There’s something pretty fun about rolling our little Cream Bike into a place that builds very, very big trucks. 🚛🍦

We spent the afternoon at Daimler Truck North America treating their Aftermarket team, and it was lovely seeing everyone step outside, away from the desks and meeting rooms, and simply enjoy some time together.

A little fresh air, a delicious treat, and a chance to catch up and connect outside of the usual workday routine.

It’s these little moments of connection and joy that we created Maddy’s for.

I swear, the ube does whatever it wants. 💜

Every time we make these cookies, I’m a little in awe of how the ube marbling turns out. No two are ever quite the same. Each one has its own swirls, its own pattern, its own little personality.

What a special evening at Technology Association of Oregon’s Party in the Pinot. ❤️

For us, it was about so much more than serving handcrafted ice cream sandwiches. It was a chance to reconnect with old friends, meet new ones, and celebrate the people building companies, creating jobs, and helping Oregon’s technology community thrive.

After spending many years working in Portland’s tech community before starting Maddy’s Cream Bike, this event felt extra special. It was such a joy catching up with former colleagues, partners, founders, and friends while sharing a little of what we’re building today.

And the setting could not have been more beautiful. Scholls Valley Lodge was the perfect backdrop for a gorgeous Oregon summer evening, and Grand Cru Hospitality created such a warm and memorable experience. From the wh***ey tasting to the s’mores bar, every detail made the evening feel relaxed, thoughtful, and fun.

We were grateful to add one more sweet moment with our handcrafted ice cream sandwiches. 🍦

A huge thank you to Skip Newberry, Kate Firmin, the entire TAO team, Grand Cru Hospitality, and all of the sponsors who made the evening possible. We know how much work goes into an event like this, and we were honored to be part of it.

Megan & Kevin’s golden hour at Columbia Edgewater… heartfelt speeches, happy tears, and then the sweetest transition onto the dance floor. ✨

One of our favorite moments at a wedding is serving dessert just as the celebration shifts from dinner to dancing. There’s something so magical about watching guests light up when they discover an ice cream bike waiting for them.

Congratulations, Megan & Kevin! Thank you for letting us be a small part of such a beautiful celebration. Wishing you both a lifetime filled with love, laughter, and plenty of sweet moments together. ❤️
