As beautiful as they are delicious! ROASTED BACKYARD FIGS…gorgonzola stracciatella, fig-olive tapenade, saba, candied walnuts & sourdough crostini.

Pair with a glass (or bottle) of 2024 Field Blend, Terlan ‘Terlano’, Alto Adige. Green apple & white peach combine with fine nuances of lemon balm & mint to create the typical aromas of Terlano. Multifaceted, well structured flavor with a wonderfully long, persistent finish.
