Hey there sugar bears! It’s been a time for a while now. Staff turn over is finally coming together, my wee baby dog had her teeth pulled and survived like a champ, sarah something or other bought the cheapest pizza she could with fake money and the justice system has tried to get blood from a stone! But we keep moving forward. We have an awesome trivia fundraiser tonight for Aids Walk Northwest featuring performances by the lovely ! Can’t wait to see your faces!

So I guess I won’t be fixing my windows with restitution money from the case after your man had a fling with a 9mm and our building!😂😂😂 So glad everyone made time to be in a grand jury and follow through to the end! As a serial non joiner I tend to avoid all the weeks including pizza week! This was a week for sure. While we had our own longwinded madness attempting to put our crew back together we also lost a dear friend, neighbor and huge pizza fan. Lenny was more active In his life than anyone I have known. From being a big east coast money man back in the day to marrying an incredible hippy fun loving masterpiece of a woman to riding in the naked bike ride, driving a school bus and protesting Ice with us, Lenny was a force of nature and love. He loved Scotch but he also loved Remy because that’s what Daddy used to drink when he came home from moving the horses… Here’s to Lenny and a life well lived with love and intention. Our hearts are with Marsha, King and the Family. We are all here when you need us.

Hey there Internet buddies and staunch regulars! This is a sad week that will no doubt lead to an incredible future! Our Jora’s last day is Thursday July 23rd, 2026 as she departs for an education in Forensic Science. I cannot begin to express how profoundly proud and sad I am this week. Jora was a founding force in Pinky’s before I ever thought about 20 sided dice, the intricacies of Scotch or how to write a menu and prep for pars. She helped lay this weird cement monstrosity of a bar, hang the lath across the shop and build all these wonky whiskey shelves. Jora taught me how to throw dough and how to run a pizza oven. I took over her position when she spread her wings to live internationally and I was so pleased to see her return. She has helped me through 3 knee surgeries, divorce, business in the pandemic, cancer, the death of my father, the loss of my Mom’s memories, the death of my sweet dog Arnold and a boatload of amazing times in between! Jora has been an incredible manager, curating regular customers daily. She is the perfect age to be my child and she is one of the only reasons I am sad to have missed Motherhood, don’t worry, I have loads of nephews 😂😍. Please come by this week and say goodbye if you are in the hood! Thursday is from 6-8pm. We will be closing at 8pm so we can all hug and cry and laugh together. Love your faces!

In other news we have an awesome light summer spritz featuring and our pizza special has marinara, mozzarella, fontal, Spanish chorizo, pickled serranos, pecorino and pickled onions! Just remember we’re “still not the top of the town but worthy of your commerce” ! Love your faces, except you Reviews Oregon, you are a bummer. is every Thursday, it’s wicked busy but not to worry Reviews Oregon’s seat will be open😍

Don’t forget! We are hosting bands for overlook porch fest tomorrow from 4-7! Yay! Live music, cheap slices and beers yo!
