High above Santa María in northern Huila, Yesid Castañeda Marín’s Las Delicias sits on steep volcanic slopes cooled by Andean air and fed by steady rain—a remote place where only all-wheel drive or mule can go, and exceptional coffee thrives. Each lot reflects Yesid’s meticulous craft: cherries handpicked at peak ripeness, dry-fermented for 60 hours, washed, then dried slowly on raised beds for 20 days. This release celebrates the singular terroir of Las Delicias through two Ethiopian Landrace varietals—Pink Bourbon and Java—side by side. Taste both and discover how beautifully distinct these coffees can be.
