Anybody who knows me knows I am Very Competitive! If you challenge me, I have to deliver! A lady challenged me to produce Authentic Éttoufée, so I made Fresh Shrimp Éttoufée ‘on the spot’! SMH Dang, Now Éttouffée is on my Menu….
