Just a quick PSA! I will ๐ง๐จ๐ญ be attending tomorrowโ€™s, Tuesday the 14th of July, Ashland market. There were some travel delays from my wedding weekend in Toronto, some lost luggage and I need a moment to get myself settled back into Southern Oregon. I will be back on Thursday though at the Medford market slash I will be baking and lovely Bella will be vending! Iโ€™ve been quiet! But the markets have been anything but ๐Ÿ˜‡ Strawberry season has been upon us for a while now with yummy treats like Strawberry-Rhubarb Cobbler, Strawberry Rhubarb Cheesecake as special Pastries of the Week and in my regular line-up: ๐’๐ญ๐ซ๐š๐ฐ๐›๐ž๐ซ๐ซ๐ฒ ๐…๐ข๐ง๐š๐ง๐œ๐ข๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ (flourless French triangle with browned butter and vanilla bean) and ๐’๐ญ๐ซ๐š๐ฐ๐›๐ž๐ซ๐ซ๐ฒ ๐•๐š๐ง๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐š ๐’๐œ๐จ๐ง๐ž๐ฌ ๐Ÿ“

Hi friends! Iโ€™m going to introduce a new face! Meet Bella โœจ I am beyond excited to have her represent Heim at the Thursday markets in Medford! We worked together at a pop up at in March and instantly I knew sheโ€™s a gem ๐Ÿ’Ž
Sheโ€™ll take care of you this week and next week youโ€™ll see little olโ€™ me again before she takes over some more!

I love being a part of our local food system so when Iโ€™m not here I spend my days as the Procurement and Nutrition Coordinator for Rogue Valley Farm to School or at The Sideyard Farm and Kitchen in Phoenix!โ€
