Carla, the director of coffee at Azahar, is roasting coffee samples ready for Brian to taste in hopes that some of them will be on our summer menu!

Benjamin Paz La Salsa Gesha is back….This coffee is very special with a limited supply & available now!

Benjamin is the person who has connected us with all the coffee producers we work with in Santa Barbara, Honduras, making it possible to offer these special coffees yearly.

He started planting some Gesha & SL28 on his own farm.
The coffee grown here is a lovely expression of what Gesha can taste like when carefully processed using a traditional washing technique.

On one of our origin trips to Honduras, got some portrait shots of the coffee producers who grow the coffee you are drinking!

The Stereo Blend is banging right now, as is all of the coffee on our menu☕️

Kenya Nyawira AA back on the menu!

This is a 2025 crop that we kept frozen, preserving the quality. We had a lot of green & wanted to make sure it didn’t die before we went through all of it, so freezing it while it’s still tasting really fresh was a good option for us! The coffee is definitely living up to the hype, it’s very tasty✨

Have you wondered what the coffee tastes like on the Fellow Aiden precision brewer?
We love brewing with it & think you might like it as well!

Join us at the Burnside cafe location next Thursday from 10a-12p for a brew demo hosted by the one & only

He will be sampling anyone who wants to taste the coffees brewed on the Aiden, showing you how simple brewing a consistent cup of coffee can be at home.

**We will be offering 15% off beans during the event, so be sure to stop by then**
