It’s something unpredictable but in the end its right, I hope you had the time of your life…
After nine remarkable years of Noble, it is with a full heart that we share some bittersweet news. We have made the incredibly difficult decision to close our doors at 476 Stevens Avenue, a place that has meant so much to us and to so many in our community.
Running a restaurant of this size and pace requires complete dedication, and Noble has received my whole heart for many years. As my family grows, I have come to realize that I can no longer give the restaurant the focus it deserves while also being fully present for the people who need me most. At this stage in life, I am choosing to turn more of my time and energy toward my family and other businesses.
Looking back, especially since our move to Stevens Avenue, I am filled with overwhelming pride. We set out to build something special for the neighborhood; together, we did exactly that. We became the community gathering hub we always dreamed of being. Because of your incredible support, we have been able to give back to the neighborhood and the local schools that embraced us.
I am incredibly proud of the restaurant that we built, the service we provided, and the food we served to this City.
To our guests, neighbors, friends, team members, and everyone who has made Noble feel like home: thank you. Thank you for sharing your lives, your milestones, and your dinners with us for nearly a decade. Your loyalty, kindness, laughter, and support have meant more than words can fully express. It has been an honor to serve this community, and I will carry these memories with me always.
We anticipate our final day of service to be July 12th. We would love for you to come visit us at least one more time for a “proper” goodbye.
With endless gratitude,
Ryan Carey
