On October 1, 2024, Tracy, Tommy, and Jennifer purchased Masu from its original owners. The rest is history.

This big guy is a Spanish mackerel, or sawara.

It’s far less fishy and oily than the ordinary blue-backed mackerel (saba), and has a delicately clean and mild flavor. Perfect for sushi and sashimi! 🥢🥢🥢
