INTRODUCING: The iconic Amarillo Hop. Jeff has returned victorious from a journey to the fields of Crosby Hops , fresh haul of Amarillo hops in hand. Picked at peak freshness and destined for one glorious purpose: Robot Panda Fresh Hop Hazy IPA.

Legend says Amarillo hops deliver bold citrus, delicate floral aromas, and an irresistible urge to order another pint. Coincidence? Maybe. Hop magic? We’re not ruling it out.

What we can confirm: this year’s harvest is officially in the tank. Expect bright orange citrus, fresh-cut flowers, and a huge dose of fresh-hop character that captures everything we love about this fleeting season.

Fresh hop season has arrived, and we’re celebrating Oregon’s harvest in the best way we know how: with incredible b**r, local c***r, live music, and a full day of fresh hop fun.

Join us at Hopworks as some of our favorite brewery and c***ry friends bring together the freshest flavors of the season. Enjoy eight fresh hop b**rs and c***rs brewed with hops that went from field to pint in record time, delivering the bright, vibrant flavors that only fresh hop season can offer.

Insatiable Fresh Hop IPA is tapping tomorrow! A clean, dry malt profile meets moderate bitterness, with bright notes of lemon, pine, and fresh-cut grass. 🌲🍋🌿

BEHOLD: the mighty Centennial hop. After a daring expedition through the lush hop fields of Goschie Farms , Ryan returned with a bounty of freshly harvested Centennial hops, destined for our Insatiable Fresh Hop IPA.

Some say fresh hops bring bold notes of citrus and floral bliss. Others claim they grant mystical powers to those lucky enough to drink them. We can’t confirm the latter… but we’re certainly willing to help you investigate. 🍻

The brew is officially underway, and on Thursday, August 28, you’ll get to experience this fresh-hop masterpiece straight from the source.

From August 21-23, Zidell Yards will be packed with incredible custom bikes, talented builders, and cycling enthusiasts from around the world. Hopworks will be on-site all weekend pouring fresh b**r to keep you fueled as you explore the show.

Crafted from our B**r Time Pilsner wash and distilled in partnership with New Deal Distillery, Brewer’s Wh***ey is a true grain-to-glass collaboration. After aging for five years in American oak barrels, this one-of-a-kind spirit has developed a smooth, velvety profile with rich notes of brown sugar, dark currant, leather, and chocolate.
