Right Bayou Cajun Cuisine Theron looks forward to sharing his love of the food from his childhood and his City, bringing a bit of New Orleans to the Northwest.

Theron Mayeux grew up in New Orleans, honoring family tradition and following in his father's footsteps, Theron graduated with a Culinary Arts Degree from the Culinary Institute of New Orleans. Theron has lived in the Pacific Northwest for 12 years, and he enjoys infusing traditional New Orleans Cuisine with the fresh, local ingredients that our Northwest region has to offer.

After taking the winter off , Right Bayou is back up and doing events again! We’ve missed y’all!
Yesterday we did a private party outside of Tualatin and it was a hit! This weekend we’ll be at the Clackamas County Lavendar Festival!
