The Longevity Lessons — Saturday, November 7 at Basecamp in Phippsburg, Maine.

A day to slow down, learn something new, and feel good on the Maine coast. Your $39 day pass covers it all, 9am to 7pm:
— Wood-fired sauna, burning all day
— “The Rock Pool” cold plunge (high tide only)
— Red light therapy room
— A 20-minute longevity consult with Christine
— Light breakfast
— Three evening talks: Longevity & Life Hacks, Fuel & Fire, Space Beyond

Add yoga on the Captain’s Deck ($20) or a lobster roll lunch box ($25). Book one-on-one massage with Becky or reiki with Samantha ($45 · 30 min).

Make a weekend of it: rooms at Oyster Lodge from $115 a night, day passes included.

Join an epic lineup of chefs combined w/ a cornucopia of fresh Maine oysters for the inaugural “Snowmass Boucherie & Oyster Fest: Tide to Timberline” on Sun, Sept 13.

With fine fare, delicious w**e & tasty craft pours this evening brings coast & mountain together all in support of the Wildfire Collaborative Roaring Fork Valley.
