FRESH HOP SEASON IS IN FULL EFFECT!

We have been up and down this beautiful valley collecting hops from Coleman Agriculture and Goshie Farms the last couple weeks. And now, it’s time to start enjoy the fruits of our labor.

FRESH NOISE West Coast IPA w/ Fresh Centennial Hops in NOW ON TAP.
Harvested from Goshie Farms, this crop of Centennials are Chalked full of Wild Berries, Bright Citrus, & a Fresh Flowery Bouquet to get you warmed up for a hop harvest season for the ages. 10 More coming down the pipeline folks, buckle up!

Another Japan Collab is BACK!

We worked with our friends at Totopia Brewery outside Nagoya, Japan just under a year ago to create a unique and flavorful IPA. With PNW Grown Dolcita, NZ grown Riwaka and some new age flair with Columbus Cryo Hop in the mix, we created something truly spectacular. Flavors of Tropical Stone Fruit, Grapefruit, Peach Ring candy, with a touch of creamy coconut. Nothing to be scared of, just give it a chance!

Thanks to Eugene at Totopia Brewery for running this collab back on their recent visit for the Fuji to Hood B**r Festival last month. Great to work alongside you again!

FREQUENCY ILLUSION WEST COAST IPA
A magical blend of our favorite hops for IPA’s. Originally brewed in collaboration with Block 15 Brewing in Corvallis, OR, this one has quickly become a Fan Favorite! Crisp, Dry West Coast IPA w/ a tart citrus, sweet fruit, and a touch of a tropical kiss in the finish.

We are always so excited for this ultimate collaboration between our 2 b**r loving communities.  This year, our friends come to the PNW.  We have teamed up with out of Saijo City on Shikoku Island to celebrate 2 things we both hold dear. Local Produce and Pristine Tap Water. ✨✨✨

Grown on the island of Shikoku, the Mishokan fruit is a local favorite of our friends at Groudtap.  This large, luscious fruit is unable to make the journey to the PNW, so we are putting together a blend of Blood Orange and Satsuma citrus to emulate the Grapefruit-like flavor the Mishokan is known for.

The island of Shikoku is also known for its Uchinuki, or Spring Water, which our friends at Groudtap use for all of their b**r making.

To honor thier local spring and the fruit additions we chose to brew a unique, but suitable, Modern Saison with none other than Bull Run Water.

JUST BEACH! MEXICAN-STYLE L***R W/ LIME ZEST & SEA SALT
Originally brewed by the incomparable Cason Wolcott for the Annual She Brew Festival hosted here in Portland to celebrate women brewers everywhere. It was so popular, we brought it back for an encore! Cason created a b**r that is 100% her daily driver, an easy going b**r with good clean flavor. She decided to turn up the volume a bit with some lime zest and sea salt, no lime wedge needed! Just Beach, Just Genius, Just delicious.
4.5% ABV

NICE & EASY- TEPACHE STYLE-GOSE
Surprise, it’s the Gose you know and love, NOW WITH TEPACHE!. Originating in Mexico, Tepache is a Fermented Pineapple Drink with spices added. For this rendition, we used Cinnamon and Pineapple to bring home that traditional character to a briny, tart Gose. What we have here is a bright, tropical, refreshing beverage sure to satisfy all summer long.
ABV: 5.2%

Our 12th Anniversary excitement is building…

This week we packaged our new IPA to get your taste buds in on the excitement.

TIL’ THE WHEELS FALL OFF WEST COAST IPA
Our 12th Anniversary IPA recipe with aromas of Peach & Mango balanced by familiar PNW profile of dank allium and bright citrus. Flavors of wild berry, Orange juice, and Mango greet the palate while dank resin coats the mouth. Medium bitterness, soft finish. The Cryo and Hyperboost applications bring a pleasent, rich flavor boost that is unique, and delicious!
6.6 ABV”

With this release we now have TWO ANNIVERSARY BEERS, and they couldn’t be more different.

SOFT ROCK HELLES L***R
Stepping into our anniversary month with grace, and maturity. We are taking a straight shot at this one with all German Hops and Pilsner Malt with a perfectly rounded mouthfeel to balance the fruity, floral noble hops.12 years feels great, but we can wait for 12 more!

Absolutely PACKED with hops, including Strata Cryo and Nectaron as well as some Nelson Bliss Process Hop Kief from . The blend of early harvest and late harvest Nelson really pushes the Tropical notes backed up by the dank OG Flavors Nelson’s are loved for.
