What’s corzetti you ask? Flat, coin-shaped pasta discs stamped with ornate designs on both sides, originating from the Liguria region of northwest Italy 🇮🇹

The impressions look decorative and help rich sauces cling to the pasta. Bet you can guess what stamp we use on ours 🐺
