TRINI LIME PDX was born from our love of Caribbean culture, family traditions, and the unforgettable food we grew up enjoying. As the sister brand to our beloved Puerto Rican food truck, we're excited to bring another side of the Caribbean to our community.

From rich curry chicken and curry shrimp to doubles, aloo pie, roti, pelau, macaroni pie, stewed meats, and traditional Sunday lunches, every dish is made with authentic island flavors, fresh ingredients, and plenty of love.

In Trinidad, a "lime" means gathering with friends and family to eat, laugh, and create memories. That's exactly what we hope to bring to Portland—a place where great food and good vibes come together.
