The 3rd house cured protein is our Turkey breast. Brined, run through our sous vide and sliced kinda thin, is our process. As always our house seeded roll from Bella's Italian Bakery is the base for our garlic confit mayo, our herb oil and The Copper Brand sharp white american cheese. A little cabbage, arugula, thinly sliced red onions and your choice of our house peppers finish off our Turkey Hoagie.

Our Roast Beef is one of THREE proteins that we cure in house, from scratch (coppa/turkey/roast beef) and we only offer one at a time, per day The BeerMongers. For Our Roast Beef Hoagie, our crusty seeded roll from Bella's Italian Bakery is the foundation; as is the case for everything we do. Our herb oil, our garlic confit mayo and the Cooper sharp white american cheese come next. Shredded cabbage, a little arugula, thinly sliced red onion and your choice of our house made peppers come next and complete this hoagie.

Our Peppered Coppa Hoagies makes a triumphant return to our menu The BeerMongers on Wednesday 8/12 @ 4PM. Now with your choice of our house made peppers and as always, a foundation of our house seeded roll, herb oil, garlic confit mayo, copper sharp white American cheese, cabbage, arugula, red onion, salt and fresh cracked black pepper. Cheers!!!
