Pamana PDX A Filipino eatery inside the Hoxton Hotel, Portland, serving Filipino American brunch and dinner.

Pamana is a restaurant residency (pop-up/kitchen takeover) at the Hoxton Hotel in Downtown Portland. We serve brunch every day from 9 am to 2 pm and dinner Thursday to Saturday from 5 to 9 pm. Our menu is driven by Filipino ingredients but is inspired by family recipes and time living in the states and abroad.

Dinner service at Pamana officially kicks off this week! This menu is inspired by the PNW and driven by Filipino ingredients. Chef Ethan and his team have been working hard the last few months in R&D drawing inspiration from family recipes, local ingredients and classic Filipino dishes. Think fresh seafood, bright flavors from calamansi citrus, vegetables braised in coconut, house made noodles and more.

Dinner service runs Thursday to Saturday nights from 5 to 9 pm. Look forward to our new dinner menu and events from live music, cultural nights to collaborations with local chefs. Come celebrate your milestones, catch up with friends, or hang out just because. And yes, we’ll have drinks! We collaborated with the Hoxton team to develop cocktails also driven by some of our menu ingredients. Can’t wait for you to try it all!

DINNER AT PAMANA STARTS APRIL 30

We’re a week out to our dinner launch which begins Thursday, April 30. Dinner service will run Thursdays to Saturdays from 5 to 9 pm. This menu will continue to bridge our Filipino heritage to our family traditions and is inspired by PNW ingredients and classic Filipino dishes.

Just like at brunch, dinners at Pamana are all about slowing down and spending time with the people you love. Celebrate milestones or memories, catch up with friends, gather for good or just because. With dinners we also hope to host more events focusing on music, art, culture and community care. We have some things in the pipeline but if you have ideas we’d love to hear them! 🫶🏽

Pour the mimosas and get your glam on–drag brunch is coming to Pamana! Get your tickets for an extra fabulous brunch featuring our top brunch plates and a stellar lineup of queens ready to shake up your sleepy Sunday! We’re thrilled to have Sativa GD Jones host.

🎟️ $28 ticket purchase includes entry and a dish of your choice with tea, coffee or juice.
🕛 Doors open at 11 am and the show starts at noon.
🪩 Guests 18 years of age and older are welcome.
💰Make sure to bring change–show your love for the queens by tipping them!
✨Dress in your Sunday best with a little (or a lot of) glitz.
🍽️First-come, first-served seating.
🥂Bar drinks will be available to purchase day-of.
