Starts this Friday July 24th thru Saturday August 1st! New this year we will be serving our MONSTER sized Mozzarella cheese sticks and Jalapeno cheese sticks! And we have all the deep fried veggies, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Mushrooms, Onion rings, Zucchini, Dill Pickle Spears, Fried Green Tomatoes, Blooming Onions, and our Breaded pork tenderloin sandwich! The Singing Sands Sand Sculpting Festival presented by Arnett Construction & Roofing returns to Washington Park July 17-19, 2026!

The Singing Sands Sand Sculpting Festival is a multi-day celebration of Michigan City’s iconic lakefront and beach. The centerpiece of the festival is a professional sand sculpting competition and exhibition, featuring some of the world’s most talented and renowned sand sculptors creating incredible works of art in Michigan City’s famous “Singing Sands.” This event also features local and regional food vendors, an artisan market, the return of the Community Challenge, QUICK SAND Speed Sculpting Show, Sand Sculpting Demonstrations, and more! Admission to the festival is $5 with children 6 and under free with a paying adult. Washington Park parking fees apply.
