A NEW CHAPTER

For three years, Blue Kitchella had the privilege of being part of the Portage Community. We are incredibly grateful to everyone who supported us, shared a meal with us, and helped make Blue Kitchella a special part of the Community.

When we closed our doors in May, many assumed we were simply remodeling. Behind the scenes, we were working on something entirely new!

Our hospitality group felt it was time to bring something different to Portage: a modern Mexican Taqueria and Cocktail Bar built around chef-driven tacos, bold Mexican flavors, handcrafted cocktails, and an atmosphere designed to bring people together.

Curated by Chef Paco Ruiz, Casa 42 is a new expression of our passion for great food, hospitality, and the flavors of Mexico.

We are incredibly excited for this new chapter and can’t wait to welcome you through the doors.

We are closing for remodeling and to repair the parking lot. We have some exciting changes coming. We will keep you updated with photos of the improvements. Can’t wait to share!
