Happy Birthday to LemonZello Café! We’re so grateful to be celebrating our very first year with y’all today. 🥳
What started as a tiny dream at the Port Washington Farmers Market — plus a few pop‑ups around town — grew into something bigger last June when LemonZello Café came to life. Since then, we’ve been able to serve our famous LemonZellos all year long, expand into crafted dirty sodas, warm drinks like coffee, hot chocolates, and brewed cacao, and even add a few snacks to nibble on.
We’re proud to support our community by sharing the artwork of the senior artists from Harbor Campus and giving used books a new home through our partnership with the Friends of the Library. Katy has loved sharing her own artwork and starting the group, too.
And David? He’s had a blast curating a huge lineup of Wisconsin‑made sodas — driving near and far to bring them to our shelves. You can grab one to take home or try it in your next dirty soda creation.
To celebrate our birthday, we’ll have a sweet treat for you with your purchase today. Thanks for being part of our story.

So much fun is happening this weekend that it’s spilling right into Monday. Can you believe it? David and Katy get to celebrate one whole year of being a café here in Port Washington.
We’re kicking things off with the Port Festival of the Arts on Saturday — doors opening around 11 AM so we can join the party on Main Street.

A special day for our family — we’re taking a quick trip to Chicago to send our son off to the UK for his acting program. We’re so proud of him and excited for this next step in his journey.
