Mo-Chilli BBQ Inc. Veteran Owned. Mike(USMC) & Heather Harbin For now, we're having fun, creating memories and satisfying appetites!

-We started as a rookie BBQ Team from Round Rock, Texas
-Mike Harbin served in the united states Marines after high school.
-We love BBQ and love to be around it.
-I have many ties to BBQ, My brother-in-law and sister are very involved in the BBQ circuit in central Texas; they've captured many awards in numerous competitions and cary some Grand Champion titles as well.
-We enjoy close friendships with many talented pit masters throughout central Texas.
-We left our careers back in Texas in the insurance world and decided to head to the Pacific North West.
-My wife Heather and I currently run our business together. Heather is a graduate and communications major from the University of Washington and grew up here in the Port Townsend area.

Wednesday- sold out 5pm bumped up prep

Thursday- Sold out 4:45 pm, bumped up prep again..

Friday- Sold Out at 3:30lm, and we bumped up prep; again.

Sat: get here early, no tear drops🤷‍♂️☺️☺️☺️

We started the day out with a 100 taco
to-go order among several other large taco orders. Then lunch cranked up and the line took on 2-3 big orders to-go & then the line simply never stopped until we were sold out..

Our pit crew was stellar as usual & rockin on only about 3 hours of sleep (it’s just that way sometimes) .

Our line was focused & ready. One of’m pulled themselves off the line and re-upped insulin mid stride! Another hit & bruised their hand while restocking in a rush while another was nauseous from running hard on empty & well beyond a break! They all hung tough!🥰🥰🥰🥰

MY CREW IS ABSOLUTELY BRUTAL!!!!

We’ll be opening a little late tomorrow!

But we’re here today! The patio is wet but we can put together nice really nice to-go orders for you today!
Tomorrow will be much nicer!

We put in a permit at the city back in late July or August; I forget. But we wanted to have the patio covered before the rains came back🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️…. The drawings were even done buy a certified engineer. The job will take 3 - 4 days…😐😞😞😞
