We are a new restaurant, but Chef Maria has been serving our city for 20+ years, the limited information is because it is a soft opening, the staff is still learning to bring itself to the scale of service that’s expected, unique vendors,, and local meat and produce suppliers are still being selected, and the management is paying extra attention to finding the right price point for not just the elegant dining, but affordability for everyone, as it grows, the family is determined to not allow this to be just another place to eat.

It's been the longest few months but lord knows I got through each and every day. Some were harder then others but I'm excited to say we passed our inspection yesterday. Can't wait to see all the familiar faces and new ones to meet. I've waited my whole life for this moment and now its here. Thank you to everyone that has helped during this mew adventure I couldn't have done it without each and wendy one of you. I know my sweet mom is so proud and is smiling down from heaven 😇 🙏 See everyone next month

At Chef Maria’s Ristorante, we will be proudly serve Italian-American cuisine because it brings together the best of two culinary traditions: the heritage and time-honored techniques of Italian cooking, combined with the bold flavors, generous portions, and familiar favorites Americans have come to love.

Italian-American cuisine began when Italian immigrants arrived in the United States and adapted their traditional family recipes to the ingredients, abundance, and tastes available in America. Over time, these dishes developed into a distinctive style of cooking—still deeply rooted in Italian tradition, but richer, heartier, and uniquely American.

Traditional Italian cuisine is often regional, lighter, and more restrained, while Italian-American cuisine is known for robust sauces, plentiful cheeses, satisfying portions, and beloved classics such as chicken Parmesan, baked pasta, meatballs, and other comforting family-style dishes.

We prefer Italian-American cuisine because it allows us to honor the traditions of Italy while also embracing the flavors and dining experience American guests enjoy most.

Thank to everyone who has reached out with questions about what's new and exciting in our life to come. Something delicious is cooking in Port Saint Lucie 🔥 As we are doing the final touches on the menu and decor and all the fun stuff that comes with opening a new business. We can't wait to welcome you to our soft opening in a few weeks. Our grand opening will be in August which we will let you all know as we get closer. I truly want to thank my father for the love, support and well let's say tough love lol I couldn't do all this without him and to my husband, kids and siblings, vendor friends and friends that have all come together to help my dreams come true. I am truly one lucky girl. I know my mom is shining down on us every day so proud of her kids and family. Im truly blessed.
