A couple of our Special Flavors today... Dubai Ice Cream, which is the great thing about making both chocolates and ice cream.
instead of wasting any excess Dubai filling and the edges off molds, we get a new ice cream flavor.
Its been a while since i invented Brickleberry so to alleviate boredom here is Snozzberry... which is a slightly tart and fruity blackberry based ice cream that no one else has.
Also in the freezer today is Matcha Man Ice Cream, touched with strawberry because that's a good combo. I'm personally not a Matcha Fan, but i thought it needed more matcha ~ although opinions may vary. Taste before committing to an entire scoop!
There is also Caramel Crunch, a combination of all the scraps from making chocolate and all the nuts. Not suitable for allergy people. I used to make something like that and when folks asked what's it is, which varies one batch to another, i would say, "whatever we swept up off the floor today".
Health department doesn't want me doing that...
And there is Spicy Chocolate and maybe some others i can't remember.
We may run low on flavors later in the day, there is still a freezer issue and we can't keep as much on hand as usual.
Strawberry Shortcakes, Very Berry cheesecakes and Fruit Tarts are still featuring the fabulous local berries from Colello's Farm Stand Produce
So, after, before or during your visit to the port Port Orchard Farmers Market today, pop in.
and don't forget that we will have the AC pumping on Monday when its 90, plus i will be spending some time outside with a hose.
