We had an absolute blast bringing some spooky sweets to a school Halloween event in Silverdale tonight! Thank you for letting us be part of the fun! ❤️

Pardon our dust. We’re making room for something delicious! 🥐🔨

Behind these unfinished walls, something pretty wonderful is taking shape.

Soon, the smell of fresh croissants, the sound of espresso machines, and the chatter of friends and neighbors will replace the construction noise.

We’re working toward a November opening, hopefully just in time to make your holiday season a little sweeter! 🎄❤️

There’s still plenty to do, but we’re getting closer every day, and we can’t wait to welcome you into our new home in McCormick Village.

Imagine holiday pastries, great coffee, cozy mornings, and a little taste of Paris right here in Port Orchard.

Meet one of the savory dishes coming to Wilson Patisserie: our Croque Madame.

Toasted bread layered with ham, Gruyère, Dijon and béchamel, baked until bubbling and golden, topped with a sunny egg and served with crisp house cut fries.

French comfort food. No further explanation necessary.
