After his passing, my mom took on a vital role in the business. With great strength, love, and dedication, she has managed to keep moving forward, and I am deeply proud of her. ❤️

With the help of my husband Jorge and myself (Anna ). we have carried on with every step, every detail, and every lesson my father left us. We continue to prepare our homemade recipes and maintain the essence, quality, and love that have always distinguished Los Tortugos.

We are very proud to have kept our business thriving, and we will continue to do so—always united as a family and honoring my father's legacy.
