It is formerly known as Sunrise Diner & Steve's Diner of Jim Thorpe, PA. All proceeds from the diner fund the Liberty Aviation Museum, a 501c3 org. memorable historic surroundings! This diner is authentic, built by the Jerry O'Mahony Diner Company of Elizabeth, NJ, in the 1950's. It was originally operated as the Sunrise Diner in Jim Thorpe, PA. We became a permanent part of the Liberty Aviation Museum in 2012. We encourage you to view and experience artifacts, vehicles, and aircraft from the Golden Age of Aviation and beyond. All proceeds from this diner help fund the operation of the Liberty Aviation Museum. The Liberty Aviation Museum is a 501c3 non-profit organization receiving no government funding to operate or fund their restorations. The museum has a gift shop that carries: T-shirts, hats, & more memorabilia of the PT-728, Liberty Aviation Museum, The Tin Goose Diner, & The Tri-Motor Heritage Foundation can be purchased in person at the museum at the following address. Breakfast All Day (11am we stop making Pancakes and French Toast)!. Lunch starts at 11am! Drive-in, Fly-in, or Call-in an order at 419-732-0236 ! We are OPEN 7 DAYS! Monday-Friday 8am-3pm Saturday and Sunday 7am-3pm!
