Meet Rich!!
Today, we want to recognize someone who has been an incredible part of our team for more than 20 years. Your dedication, leadership, and unwavering commitment have helped shape our kitchen and our workplace into what it is today.
As our kitchen manager, you lead by example every single day. Your hard work, organization, and ability to keep everything running smoothly never go unnoticed. More importantly, the care and respect you show your team make you not only an outstanding manager but also an amazing person to work alongside.
Some fun facts about Rich!
He dated and married his now wife Kelci while at the cottage. He supported and encouraged his wife to pursue her teaching degree that she accomplished a few years ago. He had his daughter when he worked at the cottage, Brooklyn, who is 14 now and going into her freshmen year of high shcool. Started out doing office and was a cleaner at the cottage before he moved to prep cooking. He is an amazing manager who leads by setting an example of what it is to be a focused and efficient line cook. Not only will you see him on the line daily, but he also does all the food ordering for the entire restaurant. He is Mr. Peace keeper in the back to make sure everyone is getting along and doing their jobs accordingly. And in true fashion, he will always be the first in the kitchen to give the wait staff some funny retort, the business, or watch out for flying blueberries to your head.
