To everyone asking questions about why todayβs event was canceled:
We want to clear up some confusion and be completely transparent with our community. Yesterday at approximately 2:30pm, we were notified by M. Price that they were canceling todayβs event. This decision was made entirely by their company and was not a decision made by TJβs.
We understand many people were excited about this event, and we are just as disappointed as all of you. We spent time promoting and preparing for it because we truly wanted to bring something fun and exciting to our community. Unfortunately, once we were informed of the cancellation, there was nothing further we could do on our end.
We also want to make it clear that TJβs was not making any profit from this event. We simply agreed to host it for the enjoyment of our customers and community.
We know cancellations like this are frustrating, especially for those who made plans to attend, and for that we sincerely apologize. However, we kindly ask that frustration not be directed toward our staff or business, as this situation was completely out of our control.
We truly appreciate everyone who continues to support TJβs, and we thank you for your understanding.
