Thank you to everyone who attended the first cooking class! You will forever be my Beta Testers and I sincerely hope you all enjoyed. I would have prefered that the mixer had stayed ON the table but sometimes you just have to adjust on the fly. If the young lady in the front row had been videotaping I would have gladly shared the video here with all of you. It was quite the dear in the headlights moment for me. But we persevered and overcame the hiccup. This week's class will benefit from last weeks hiccups and with each subsequent class we will continue to dial it in! I hope to see another full class!!!

Cooking Classes are coming August 26th!!

A three to four course meal, depending on the complexity of what will be demonstrated and taught. Each course will be paired with wine and will also involve a discussion as to why I chose each wine with each course. We will spend a little time in my herb garden, getting what we need for the meal. Each course will be an inside look as to how professional chefs make things look so easy at times. Plenty of food, wine and hopefully laughter also. Cooking with others should be fun!

Tickets are selling fast for our August wine dinner! If you cant make this one then keep an eye out for our by weekly cooking demonstration classes. 3-4 courses also paired with wine. The dates will be posted in the next couple days. A PERFECT date night!! Food, wine, hopefully a little laughter and you learn a little something also!
