After years of dreaming, planning, praying, and working hard… I’m so excited to finally announce that Hwy 26 Drive In is officially hitting the road! For those that know me, you know this has always been a dream of mine. To finally see it becoming a reality is something I can hardly put into words. Hwy 26 Drive In will be popping up at special events and making appearances in different towns from time to time, and I cannot wait to serve y’all. I’m beyond grateful for every person who helped shape me along the way. I learned everything I know about hard work, dedication, and running a business from my Mom and Dad. I learned everything I know about the restaurant industry and serving people from Paul Fiorella and Jessica Buckley, and I’ll forever be thankful for the lessons, guidance, and support they gave me. Most importantly, I couldn’t do any of this without my husband & my parents standing beside me every step of the way. Helping me prepare, encouraging me, and believing in me even on the hard days. And to my family and friends: thank you for supporting me in everything I do. Your love and encouragement mean more than you know. This is just the beginning, and I’m so excited for what’s ahead. Be on the lookout for where Hwy 26 Drive In will pop up next!

📋✨ Sneak Peek at the Menu! ✨🍔

We’re excited to share a first look at the menu for HWY 26 Drive In! This is just a sneak peek—nothing is set in stone yet. We’ll be revising, adding, and fine-tuning (including prices) as we get closer to opening day.

Our goal is to serve up delicious, comforting favorites that will keep you coming back for more.

Stay tuned as we continue to build out the full menu, along with daily specials, and bring HWY 26 Drive In to life. Thank you for being part of this journey—we can’t wait to cook for you!
