If been asked a few times if I do cookies, so I'm testing some recipes. I won't be trying royal iced decorated sugar cookies any time soon, but if you want a giant soft specialty cookie that is as big as your hand, I can definitely accommodate you. 😁
I'll be adding these to the truck menu soon. They'll also go great under some soft serve ice cream. 😊❤️🤘

Every year for my birthday, from age 1-21, I got the same Cake. It was a Blueberry Angelfood that my Aunt Judy would make for me. I was so fortunate to get her recipe before she passed away.

This week marks 6yrs since I started this wonderful baking adventure, so we're celebrating with that cake! Blueberry Angelfood! 💃🎉
