Been a little quiet posting over here…. But I have been working on some Fall events (more info coming soon) and baking custom orders.

Fresh from the oven are these black heart-shaped macarons. I love a good macaron foot, don’t you? (The “foot” is the puffy raised bottom part.)

Welcome to my new followers!

I am Robyn Kaiser, and this is RSTAR Bakes GF. I am a home-based cottage bakery based out of Ponte Vedra, FL. My bakery is 100% Gluten Free and Celiac Safe.

I’ve been baking since my mom would let me be on my own in the kitchen. She was a great cook, but kept to 5-6 baking recipes and that was it. I LOVED to bake. My mom actually used to sit at the kitchen counter while I baked into the night, keeping me company and also trying to grab a nibble of what I was making! My best memories of my mom are sharing the kitchen. ❤️

I’ve been GF for 22 years, and baking GF for 17. It’s been a huge change in the industry, from consumer packaged goods to ingredients improving. But still…. There’s nothing like a from-scratch muffin, cake or cookie. Or…. BREAD.

I bake with love, care, and joy. From seasonal offerings (Pumpkin Bread anyone?) to Holiday delights, custom cupcakes and cakes, and breads, everything comes from my heart.

Also…. I can accommodate food allergies, including dairy free, vegan, nut free, dye-free coloring (with enough notice.)

With this slightly cooler weather today (it’s only 82° not 97°), I’m getting into my Fall Era. Cooler temperatures and less humidity call for one of my favorite flavors: PUMPKIN.
